The location and helpful staff. Breakfast good variety.

A few bathroom repairs desperately needed!

The staff were excellent. I was allowed into my room 2 hours early and provided with complimentary drinks. The concierge was very helpful when I had issues with my card payment working.

Overall it was disappointed

Linen in rooms was very dirty, telephone was not working, when I asked to fix the issue it was not fixed at all

The same staff every day. No variety and the tea had too many spices (masala). Parathas were hard.

The receptionist wasn't polite and very unhelpful. The manager sitting right there was very oblivious to what was happening. The lobby was hot, air-con was not switched on.I reported some breakdowns in the room which were not rectified. No tissue box. Each time I asked for a box of tissues they wld send either bottles of water or napkins or something I didn't ask for.

Liked - The staff is helpful and friendly.Not liked - Sorry Saket 27 team ! Although I am a regular customer, this time unfortunately I will have to rate you low coz of something severely gone wrong. One night (29th March around 12:30 am), two strangers (guys) entered my room with the help of a room key. So, either your software malfunctioned and the key got access to my room or someone gave the strangers a master key. Its unfortunate to experience this as a solo traveler. The two guys immediately understood that they entered the wrong room, so left the room quickly. Please do a restrospective to check how this could happen. Such a situation is awful for solo female travellers though and happened to me for the first time in 12 years of solo travel. Another point I didnt like is that the towels I got the first day werent clean.

Disappointing

Mosquitos in room, mosquito repellent was not provided even on requesting.centre table was broken. Food was not upto taste.

Long walk to next building. No hotel cabs for transportation. Breakfast spread can be better. Not value for money.

Location and overall facility

Food (pathetic), Staff (quite arrogant) and experience with car booking. I had booked a full-day vehicle for my meetings but it never turned. NO one from hotel followed up, inspite of repeatedly confirming with them (hotel reception) over phone, their response was like “why should I care”.Service was “pathetic”. Food is pathetic.

My room was near the kitchen. So, it is sometimes noisy.

Bed bugs, asthma due to mould, no refund provided. Avoid.

The worst experience I have had in India.We were completely duped and taken for a ride, and this hotel ruined our entire week in Delhi, as well as causing us to miss our trip to Agra and lose the money we had paid for the hotel there. Upon arrival we were told that we were getting some sort of upgrade to a premium room (Rm 202). In fact, we were downgraded and given a room in the worst and most run down part of the building. They probably saw us as two stupid British Asian lads who would know no better, and we genuinely did not.Our room was infested with bedbugs. We were horrendously bitten all over each night, both losing sleep and creating personal arguments between us. The air conditioning blew out mouldy air that made the room stink of damp and urine causing my friend breathing difficulties and chest pain. The room was always damp, and that too in November. Towels never dried and if you sat for longer than a minute you would feel wet. There was mould and rust in the bathroom. The fridge was not working and so the items we had kept in there had gone off and had to be thrown away.Being naive to bedbugs, despite seeing spots of blood on the bedsheets each night and small insects, we did not complain. Not only that, there were tiny beetles walking on the bed. I lost multiple nights of sleep because of how badly I was being bitten.I was moved to three different rooms, all of which had insects and bedbugs crawling on the freshly made beds; the staff had all been witness to both my bites and the bugs in their rooms.I spoke to the management team the next morning to express my deep concern and anger at what we had been through. They appeared apologetic, but I now realise it was fake. I requested a full refund, which was verbally granted, but to date had not been done.Since then, management, namely the general manager Jyoti,has ignored my calls and messages. I am in shock and deep disappointment at their behaviour and their handling of this dire situation.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly small and felt cramped. The washroom was not well-maintained, and it had an unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. For the price, I expected a much higher standard. Definitely not worth the cost—wouldn’t recommend it.

Good and friendly staff and their flexibility in helping me recover the bank card I drop at the Hotel the day I departed to the airport

Washrooms could have been little more loaded with supplies and the doors could have been changed.

It should have some amenities like a clubroom or a bar.

I stayed for the first time at this property. I was little apprehensive like how will the hotel be & all.Honestly it is a great property, value for its money. Property is well taken care neat & clean . Friendly staff. I would be looking forward to stay at this property more.
